Founded in 1987, The Vietnamese Heritage
Institute (VHI) is a 501(c)3 non-profit non-governmental
organization. VHI partners with individuals and groups based in Vietnam
as well as in North America, Europe, and Asia, to provide valuable
opportunities for the less fortunate in Vietnam to improve their quality
of life.
VHI builds community projects that strive
to alleviate poverty, promote economic
self-sufficiency, and enhance awareness of
environmental quality
benefiting human well-being. VHI builds
schools in impoverished areas,
supports underprivileged students with
scholarships, and
artists of Ca Huế, a
traditional Huế singing, with grants to teach and preserve this
performing art.
